Create Flow Chart Assignment

Inspiration

Requirements: Create an educational flow chart that consists of multiple steps.



Basic Assignment Option:

Step 1: Identify a multi-step procedure in your area of study.
Step 2: Identify 5 steps of the procedure that can be represented as a flow chart.
Step 3: On a scratch piece of paper, design what you would like your flow chart to look like.
Step 4: Use Inspiration 6.0 to create a flow chart that represents the procedures you identified.
Step 5: Submit your "finished product" to the instructor as an email attachment

  • Intermediate Assignment Option:

    Step 5: Add a text sub-heading to each box of the flow chart.
    Step 6: Use at least 2 different shapes (boxes, circles, etc.) in the flow chart.
    Step 7: Submit your "finished product" to the instructor as an email attachment.

  • Advanced Assignment Option:

    Step 2: Identify 10 steps of the procedure that can be represented as a flow chart.
    Step 3: On a scratch piece of paper, design what you would like your flow chart to look like.
    Step 4: Use Inspiration 6.0 to create a flow chart that represents the procedures you identified.
    Step 5: Add a text sub-heading to each box of the flow chart.
    Step 6: Use at least 3 different shapes (boxes, circles, etc.) in the flow chart.
    Step 7: Use at least 2 colors for the shapes in the flow chart.
    Step 8: Export your file as a ".gif" or ".jpeg" file, and post on a web page.
    Step 9: Submit the web page URL to the instructor via email by due date.
