Introduction: Microsoft Word is a software program that provides educators and students with an easy way to create handouts, worksheets, papers, and other printed documents through simple word processing functions. MS Word also makes it very easy to: 1) save files as HTML documents - prepared for display on the internet as web pages, and/or 2) to convert documents into Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) - a "universal" format used for electronic document distribution worldwide.
